Bathroom Remodel |
|---|
Ed's clients' bathroom was nearly twenty years old, and had problems - somewhere in the shower wall, there was a leak, and they could tell the floor was rotting under the tile. The bathroom was large, but it was also dated - two of the walls were covered in mirrors, the tile was dark, and the shower had a sliding glass door, which they wanted to replace. The shower tile had to be removed to repair the leaks, so they decided to completely re-do all the tile in the bathroom: to install lighter tile, remove the mirrors, and to paint the walls a pale celery green. They chose a marble-patterned light-colored tile with real marble trim for the floor, shower and tub surround. The photos below show the process.
