• remove and replace kitchen cabinets and appliances (working with a licensed plumber or electrician for jobs requiring a permit)

Bathroom Remodeling

• remove and replace tile and toilet, tub and shower (working with a licensed plumber or electrician for jobs requiring a permit)

Painting

• prep and paint walls and ceilings

Plumbing

• rebuild/repair or replace (working with a licensed plumber for jobs requiring a permit)

Heating

• troubleshoot furnaces and boilers; also does installation (working with a licensed plumber for jobs requiring a permit)

Kitchen appliances

• install dishwasher, stove and oven, compactor

Kitchen cabinets and counters

• install and repair; install sink and faucet

Tile

• tile walls, backsplash, floor, shower, tub

Sinks

• fix leaks, repair or replace faucets and disposals

Toilets

• replace "flappers" and handles, bowls and tanks; fix leaks

Track doors

• replace worn hangers, re-hang doors

Doors

• replace door; fit door to carpet; trim for new flooring

Locks

• remove old locks; install replacements, adjust for smooth operation

Storm door closers

• (torn off frame) - repair

Closets

• install shelving and organizers

Floors

• tile, vinyl, wood

Walls

• hang: picture, cabinet, shelving; tile walls in kitchen and bath

Lighting

• replace outdated, worn or broken fixtures
